Plans and Pricing Explained
We're improving our Voucher System with something that should hopefully be a lot more customer friendly!
PLEASE NOTE - You will need to be a member in order to use our pricing plans. For more information on how to do this, click here.
'Plans and Pricing' as you can see mimics our original system but there will be a different way of using and monitoring them. Once a purchase is made, you'll then have the option to use your pricing plan when paying at the checkout stage of a booking. You'll also have the option to check how many bookings you've made, and more importantly, how many you have remaining. All of this can be monitored in the 'My Subscriptions' part of your members page.
Instructions on how to use them:
1. Firstly, if you're not a member, follow the instructions here on how to do so. It is free and simple to do. If you're already a member, ensure you have logged on before you purchase a pricing plan.
2. Choose your preferred plan and head to check out.
3. You'll now be able to monitor your plan in the 'My Subscriptions' section of your profile.
4. When you're ready to make a booking, simply use our Booking Calendar as you usually would.
5. Once you've got your chosen time and day, when it comes to the payment checkout page there will be a drop down option to either:
- Pay using your plan
- Or pay normally
Use the former option to use one of your allotted bookings as part of your plan. Proceed as normal to finalise your booking.
6. You can then monitor all of your bookings as normal in the 'My Bookings' part of your profile.

FAQs
I've still got vouchers to use under your old scheme. Will they still be valid?
Yes. Any previous orders made under our old system will still work and be honoured.
Will I be tied into any kind of monthly payment system?
No. These are all single, one-off payments. You won't be signing up to anything like a monthly gym membership. You only make additional payments when your plan has run out and you want to buy more.
Is there a time limit to use all of my booking up under this new system?
Yes. But you'll have 12 months to do so.
Does the cancellation and rescheduling platform still work under this new system?
Yes. Just like before, you'll be able to cancel and reschedule to suit your needs. As normal, you'll just need to do so within 24 hours of your booking, otherwise it won't work. A cancellation will re-credit that booking into your plan automatically.
I like using both the Parkour Arena and the Paddock. Can I purchase two pricing plans?
Yes you can. You can have two plans running simultaneously.
Will I still generate Hotdog points under this new system?
Yes you will. Points are generated every time you make a booking.
