Gift and Saver Vouchers
So, how do these work?
Gift and Saver vouchers are designed for both frequent users and/or for people looking to give someone a gift voucher. Our vouchers can offer customers up to 30% off bookings! There is nothing to sign up to. No binding contracts or subscriptions. Just one-off payments offering you huge savings. Once you have decided on a package suitable for you, you simply complete the purchase online and you will receive a coupon code that can be easily used at checkout.
Step by step guide on how to use our vouchers
If you're here with a gift voucher code, you can skip straight to instruction #6.
1. Firstly, decide which package you'd like to purchase. You can choose from either 2, 4 or 6 visit packages to either the Paddock or Parkour arena.
2. Once you have clicked on your option, you will be led to a menu like this where you can customise the name of your voucher and add gift details. Please note, that we will do everything we can to use the exact code that you write down, but we may have to alter it slightly.
3. Once you are happy with all of your order details, simply click 'Add to Cart' and you would complete the transaction in much the same way you would with any online purchase.

4. Once you have decided that you are ready to 'Checkout' you will be forwarded to our checkout page which looks like this... Simply click on 'Checkout' if you'd like to pay with either a credit or debit card or 'Paypal Checkout' if you'd like to pay using your own Paypal account.

5. Now you've completed your checkout and payment, you will receive a general automated 'Thank you for your purchase' email. This WILL NOT contain your confirmed coupon code. You will receive a SECOND email within 24 hours with your confirmed coupon code. This is because we will need to process and double-check that the digits and characters you've requested for your coupon code are usable in our system. It is also at this point that you will receive you're customised digital Christmas or Birthday card that you will then be able to send or print out for the lucky recipient.

7. You would fill in your details as normal and then click on the drop down 'Enter a coupon code' button (black arrow).
From there, another box should appear (red arrow) where you can enter your personalised coupon code. Once it is typed in, press the yellow box with the right facing arrow on it and then your discount will be added and you can carry on booking as normal.
NB. You cannot make a cancellation with a voucher booking. You can, however, amend and reschedule bookings made using our vouchers by becoming a member (which is easy and free).

6. Once you have your confirmed coupon code, it couldn't be easier to use. You simply follow our normal booking procedure on our 'How to Book page'. Once you have chosen your desired date and time, you click on the 'Next' button which will lead you to a page like this...
